My name is Father Matthew Snowden.

I am the pastor of St. Nicholas Orthodox Christian Church, Jackson, TN (www.orthodoxjackson.com). St. Nicholas Church is a mission parish of the Antiochian Orthodox Christian Archdiocese of North America. This is my new pastoral blog and as such is a work in progress. Pages will be updated and fleshed out as time permits. While I believe that the reflections I write herein fit within the traditional mind of the Church–and I certainly strive to have the mind of Christ and His Church–they are my own and do not amount to a formal opinion or declaration of the Orthodox Christian Church.
